🔧 INGCO Warranty Policy
The following warranty terms apply to INGCO brand products purchased from Fenditools.
All warranty covers only manufacturer's defect.
Warranty will not cover defect or damages resulting from:
- Attempted unauthorised repairs, tampering, alterations, modifications, additions and/or deletions
- Accident, mishandling/negligence, abuse/mistreatment, loss and/or other calamities whether caused by nature or negligent act/omission
- Usage not in accordance with the operation instructions manual
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage or exposure to moisture
- Overloading or use beyond product specifications
- Consumable items (e.g. blades, discs, accessories unless defective)

- Return shipping terms may vary depending on the product and issue
- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted

- For products purchased elsewhere, please refer to the respective authorised distributor
- Repair turnaround time is subject to parts availability
