Fendimart Enterprise provides a 12-month limited warranty on all electrical and motorised tools and equipment from the date of purchase. This warranty is strictly applicable to products purchased directly from Fendimart Enterprise. Hand tools, accessories, and consumable parts are excluded from this warranty coverage.

This warranty covers defects in materials, components, and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Fendimart Enterprise reserves the right to repair or replace the defective unit subject to technical assessment and stock availability.

This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, physical or accidental damage, misuse or improper operation, unauthorised modifications or repairs, commercial or rental use, damage caused by improper storage or maintenance, and products without valid warranty registration.

⚠️ WARRANTY REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY. Customers must register their warranty within 30 days of purchase using the official warranty registration form provided. Failure to register within the stipulated period will void the warranty. All claims are subject to technical assessment and stock availability. Fendimart Enterprise reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
