Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fendimart Enterprise. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. After 7 days, no refund or exchange will be entertained.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• With full accessories and manuals
• In resalable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used tools or equipment
• Electrical products once powered on
• Clearance / promotional items
• Special order or indent items
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Damaged / Wrong Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof. Do not use the item. A replacement will be arranged after verification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

The customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

At Fendimart Enterprise, we supply genuine tools backed by official manufacturer warranty and reliable after-sales support. Warranty is valid for products purchased from Fendimart Enterprise (Authorised INGCO Distributor) only.

✅ Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions:

• Motor failure (non-misuse)
• Internal mechanical faults
• Electrical component defects
• Factory assembly defects

Warranty period depends on product model and manufacturer policy.

❌ Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear — carbon brushes, filters, blades and consumables
• Misuse or overloading
• Unauthorised modification or repair
• Physical damage (impact, drop, cracked casing)
• Water damage (unless product is designed for wet use)
• Incorrect voltage supply

📌 Warranty Claim Requirements

To process your claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase (invoice / receipt)
• Product model number
• Serial number (if applicable)
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• Contact details

Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

• 1–2 working days processing time
• Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next working day
• No processing on Public Holidays

Delivery Time (Singapore)

• Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
• Heavy machinery may require additional time

Failed Delivery

A redelivery fee may apply for incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients. Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.
